Overview

❆ PESTICIDE
CHIP SILICON
It may be used as a formulation ingredient in pesticide products, or as a tank- mix adjuvant for foliar applied chemicals.

General Info
CHIP is a Silicone Adjuvant/Wetting & Spreading Agent is agriculture Super Wetting and Spreading Agent, which have a low molecular weight non-ionic silicone surfactant, developed to improve the wetting, spreading and penetration of agricultural chemicals. It may be used as a formulation ingredient in pesticide products, or as a tank- mix adjuvant for foliar applied chemicals.
Dosage: 5ml per pump.

Active Ingredients
Non-ionic silicone surfactant

Advantage
- It is relatively low in costs due to use of well established processing techniques. There is huge market for crystalline Silicon (Si). It has highest efficiency. Due to its hardness, large wafers can be handled safely without any damage.

Disadvantage
- Poor lubrication of silicone oil, especially poor lubrication of steel friction pair. (2) The thermal expansion coefficient of silicone oil is large (may cause overpressure problem). (3) large gas solubility (difficult to design gas sealing device)
